Are There Suggested Software(s) To Use for XYZ

Even when one of our programs makes mention of software (e.g. Quickbooks, Intuit, Paycom, etc.) for various purposes (e.g. bookkeeping, tax filings, payroll, etc.), staff is not trained in the usage of these softwares. Staff merely understands that, for example, Quickbooks = bookkeeping, Intuit = tax filings, Paycom = payroll, but cannot speak towards their applied use to one's given situation. It is suggested that one does their own research through the use of Google, YouTube, or Social Media Sites to determine which solution is best for their given the situation.
