Auction.com Didn't Show Opening And Closing Bid
With auction.com, one must create a list before the auction happens, and there it will show the opening bid. After the auction is complete, pull a list to crosscheck what was sold to any third-parties and reach out to trustees (there's usually only 3-4 that do 80% of all transactions, so it's not much work) and ask for a closing bid.
NOTE: Search for the Trustee’s Deed on the County Recorder’s website OR call the homeowner directly and have them sign an authorization form if the trustees are not willing to share that info.
