Can A Trust Own A Gun - Despite A Court Order Saying I Cannot Own A Gun

Anyone restricted of the "privilege/license" to possess a firearm by a court with proper jurisdiction, may not own a firearm until such restriction ceases. However, a trust may own a firearm and cannot have this right taken away by any court. For the trust to purchase a gun, often called a Gun Trust, some qualifying (unrestricted) trustee within the trust must apply. At least (1) trustee must be in good legal standing / licensing with all property authorities on behalf of the trust. All trustees of the trust may use its assets while on private property. Gun use may still be disallowed in public places due to federal jurisdictional issues.
