Request Access to Edit The Documents

STEP 1: Login into the Member's Area with the email used at purchase.

STEP 2: Click the purchased program(s)' tab.

STEP 3: Click on the desired lesson within that program's catalog.

STEP 4: Click the button that says "Click Here to Read Document".

STEP 5: Click on FILE on the top-left of the screen. On a mobile device, select 'Desktop View' so see this option.

STEP 6: Hover over the option DOWNLOAD. The download button may not work instantly. Please be patient and let the entire page load.

STEP 7: Select how to download the document (.docx suggested). Editing the master copy is prohibited.
