All students will need to fill out a Bank List Request Form and we will provide a list of banks that work within the property’s state. Each student may receive up to (20) banks, in total, for (2) states, in quantities of (10) at a time, with a 30-day interim before a new request can be processed. Be aware that some smaller states may not have that many banks offering HELOCs that adhere to the given strategy and models.
NOTE: Students obtaining HELOCs in additional states will need to pay a processing fee of $2,000 per state. This delivers access to a list of up to (40) potential banks for the given state.
