Can Unlimited Lawsuits Be Filed Against A Debt Collector or Creditor At Once (For Single Account)
One may only
file a single case at a time for a single line of credit. On the other hand, if
a creditor has given one multiple credit cards, each credit card would result
in a separate lawsuit. Once any case is withdrawn from the docket (by you) or a rendered
judgement, a new case with a new statutory violation may be created.
Remember, every
opposing attorney is there to convince one to quit. They will contend that they
will win, but cannot prove validation & verification according to the definition
by Black's Law Legal Dictionary. They want to ignore the requirements of a
valid contract that state 'unilateral contracts' (only one party signed) are invalid,
or the bank's inability to extend their credit to anyone (see Forward by
Shannon Lopez) and so much more!
