5. Send NOTICE OF FAULT AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE letter to creditor/collector.
6. Send CREDIT BUREAU VERIFICATION REQUEST letter to 3 bureaus. (optional | to remove from credit reports)
7. Wait 10 days.
8. Get credit report.
9. Send NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND FINAL STATEMENT letter to creditor/collector. 
10. File small claims suit for *FREE.
11. Go to pre-trial and mediation > settle for removal from credit reports + banking records.
