Does an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Benefit The Trust

An NDA has a benefit when commercially viable assets, information or trade is set to occur between two separate entities. The public realm should only know of an Operating Trust due to its public interactions, but the remaining trusts in the trust web will remain private. Therefore NDAs are not needed for every situation and trust, but some for more public trusts it is beneficial.
