Does Private Wealth Academy Record Phone Calls and/or Conversations
Yes. Incorporated within South Dakota, a one-party consent state, we record all calls and communications for legal purposes. Realize there are "saboteur-agents" placed by different private and government agencies to suppress certain information delivered to the public - by any means necessary (even lying); therefore, PWA protects itself by recording all information.
NOTE: Even if one of our tele-agents is located within another state or country, all communication is directed through the company's primary address and data centers, thus falling under the one-party consent rule.
