Does The Private Security Agreement or UCC-1 Need To Be Filed

The Private Security Agreement (PSA) does not need to be filed, although it can be filed with the local county recorder if so desired, please review COURT PROTECTION SECRETS > ARTICLE III COURT FILING INSTRUCTIONS. Should the PSA be required due to a financial review or court action, the document should be scanned into a digital archive (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and also kept in a safe location with all the other trust documents. For a UCC-1, filing is only required for the Pass-Through Trust having a lien on the Operating Trust(s) and/or Public Entity(ies) like an LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp, etc.
