Correcting one’s status with many organizations as a state citizen will require contacting the IRS, USDS, SoS, State government, Employers, and more. The primary benefit is keeping the Driver’s License, Insurance, Social Security Number, and Credit Cards while maintaining state citizen status in every other realm. One must comprehend that when driving or using a SSN, they may be subjected to franchise statutes and laws they do not agree with. If someone drives with a License Plate and/or registered VIN, they can be fined for victimless crimes. This type of dual-citizenship requires much wisdom, legal knowledge and tact to wield properly for these benefits to be received.
