How Does One Save A Home From Foreclosure
It's certainly not by creating a "promissory note" and attempting to pay it off by sending that somewhere - that'll land one in jail! The only way to win, is to prove what occurred - fraud! Do not argue with complex arguments explaining the entire fraud (although it takes complex studying and after we desire to teach others), but argue ONE POINT that is so simple a toddler could understand it - that is how a win is secured... even then, it's not guaranteed!
The bank did what they are licensed to do - convert a promissory note into Federal Reserve Notes by sending the original contract to the Federal Reserve. No one else but banks are licensed or allowed to do this (as far as we know). Therefore, the only way that the Academy has discovered (thus far) is placing non-municipal land into the private domain by allodial title by title in fee simple. Yes, that's a lot to take in!
NOTE: Real Estate Secrets is NOT intended to remove property taxes if the property is located within the boundaries of corporate municipality, but it can still stop a foreclosure on the property (allowing one to live in the home indefinitely)! To determine if property is within a municipality, search “[county, state] township map” online and either the state government website will have it or even Google Maps.
