The Fee Schedule outlines what amounts are charged for one's time spent dealing with law enforcement for victimless crimes. Should an officer pull the vehicle over due to public safety concerns such as reckless driving, broken vehicle parts (e.g. tail or head lights), or for a valid concern regarding one’s safety there is no Fee Schedule that can be applied.
If the officer does not allow one to go freely, and it is a victimless crime, then the Vehicle Packet (e.g. Instructions In Case of Claim, Certificate of Trust, Passport Card (for identification purposes only), Driver’s License (for proof of competency only), Fee Schedule, and the Silver Surety Bond) will be handed over and the Fee Schedule will apply.
