How Long Does Private Wealth Academy Preserve Messages, Tickets, and Communications from Students
We have an "auto-clean" system that wipes all messages (e.g. Help Desk, Emails, Etc.) after (30) calendar days have passed; however, messages where a communication has not reached a "Solved" status will remain open until such a conclusion has been reached. Further, if a student adds a message through the same "thread" or "ticket", after a "Solved" status has been applied, it will re-open the communique and the (30) day counter will be reset. Please be aware that some communications are delete immediately due to the sensitive information contained within.
