How To Edit The Header and Footer of Downloaded Document

FOR WINDOWS
1. Double-click the header or footer to edit, or select Header or Footer, and then select Edit Header or Edit Footer.



2. Add or change text for the header or footer or do any of the following:
  1. To remove the first page header or footer > Select Different First Page.

  1. To add a page number > Click or tap where the number will go, select Page Number and choose a style. One may need to edit for better formatting.
  2. To change the font, color or size > Select the text to change then go to Home and choose the options one wants from the Font section.


3. When done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.


FOR MAC OS
1. Double-click inside the header or footer area.



2. Select the text that will be changed and type the new header or footer in its place.



3. Select Close Header and Footer or double-click anywhere outside of the header or footer area to exit.
