Is It Ok If The Trust Bank Account Is Opened Online By Email or Fax Only
If the bank has contacted one to open an account by filling out an application and sending in the required documents (i.e. trust indenture, any successor or co-trustee signatures for acceptance of office, IDs, etc.) by email or fax, this will not affect anything in regards to the trust. Certain banks operate completely online (i.e. no physical branch, outside domestic country or limited locations) or certain accounts are handled by a remote department and this is the reason for requesting an online application.
