Liberty Aid Academy and Jack McCaig's Prior Joint Venture with Private Wealth Academy

Liberty Aid Academy and Jack McCaig was a prior partnership in which Private Wealth Academy traded our Bulletproof Trust for their Debt Deletion (e.g. programs, libraries, reviews, etc.). After one year of this joint venture, including a 30% profit share to us for managing their marketing systems (e.g. email, sales funnels, videos, ads, etc.), in May of 2019 they withheld over $10,000 in payments owed to us for that month alone! If this wasn't enough, LAA then rejected our trust in favor of a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization. For those unaware, this can result in jail for those who misuse it as a FBO. To see how far the IRS will prosecute these entities, read online regarding Greg Dixon of Indianapolis Baptist Temple. His attempt to use a 508(c)(1)(a) led to his demise. Since this splinter, Jack has now attached odd spiritual claims to these legal actions (e.g. he is the living reincarnation of John The Baptist).

NOTE: LAA has been putting out defamatory videos regarding our joint venture in hopes of spurring additional revenue it seems. Be aware that Shannon Eileen, Jack McCaig's girlfriend / common law wife, has contacted us multiple times (in 2023 and 2024) to sell their entire academy to us. We have rejected this on the grounds that their programs have deadly flaws, and a purchase of their organization would also transfer all legal liabilities and potential lawlsuits students have against them to our organization.
