Louisiana Has French Civil Law vs English Common Law - What To Do

The French civil law applies to any Louisiana state citizen who claims their natural rights without federal jurisdiction, e.g. not claiming to be a 14th Amendment Citizen. The laws are similar, save three scenarios: (1), gifts are more easily valid and enforceable, and (2) there are no future interests in land or other property and (3) bargain consideration is not needed for validity of a contract. Other than those 3, the rest are matters of detail, not significantly greater than the differences between the laws of different other US states. Further, all states are still a party to the US Constitution which protects the right to private contract (create a trust).
