To restore teeth, a regimen of eating properly and brushing after meals with restoration materials is required. Be sure to follow the following protocol to both whiten, strengthen and restore teeth. Eat soft foods for all meals. Take Natural Factors and Only Minerals pills after every meal. Rub lime pulp on needed area after eating then brush 1-2 minutes later. Dissolve the Calcarea Fluorica salt tablet(s) in the mouth for at least 5 minutes before swallowing. MORNING, AFTERNOON & EVENING: Eat > Re-mineralizing Toothpaste > Floss > Waterpik > Salts > Oral Miracle Mouthwash.
