To restore teeth, a regimen of eating properly and brushing after meals with restoration materials is required. Be sure to follow the following protocol to both whiten, strengthen and restore teeth. Eat soft foods for all meals. Take Natural Factors and Only Minerals pills after every meal. Rub lime pulp on needed area after eating then brush 1-2 minutes later. Dissolve the Calcarea Fluorica salt tablet(s) in the mouth for at least 5 minutes before swallowing. MORNING, AFTERNOON & EVENING: Eat > Re-mineralizing Toothpaste > Floss > Waterpik > Salts > Oral Miracle Mouthwash. Students have commented that they restored their enamel back to 100% within 1-2 years; of course, results vary and some noticed a reduction of pain within 1-2 weeks of such a regimen.

NOTE: If one has a teeth grinding issue during sleep then a "teeth night guard" is a great option. The more gel padded the unit is the more it will reduce any teeth clenching, which is actually a parasitical issue (i.e. perform a parasite cleanse).
