We cannot tell anyone what is best for their trust; however, most students only file a Certificate of Trust (e.g. signatures from both grantor and trust of trust's existence) when building corporate credit with a trust - otherwise most avoid doing this. When choosing to record, contact the local Clerk of Court to help instruct how recording is done within the court.
