Statement of Claims Received in Mail - What Next

Statement of Claims letter is sent by the court on behalf of the Plaintiff(s) to notify the Defendant of a legal claim. If the Defendant does not reply to the claim within (10) days, the court will enter a judgment 'by default' after (14) days if no reply is received. Sending a document with the title of "Grounds for Defense" and writing either "do not agree" simply or extrapolating the violations the Plaintiff committed.
