The Business is Registered in XYZ State - Will Moving to Different State Make It a Foreign LLC
Yes, the business will be considered a foreign entity if it was first registered in one state and later ALSO registered in another state. One can either:
1) Register as a foreign LLC in the new state OR
2) 'Start fresh' and register the LLC in the new state while closing it in the original state.
