THE ESSENE CLEANSE
1. Fast for 33 hours.
2. Ingest 2 tbs of the Orphic ash [zeolite clinoptilolite / chabazite].
3. Mix 3 tbs ground [lightly roasted] arabica beans into 1 qt boiling distilled water; add 1 qt distilled water and cool to ambient.
4. Lay on the right side and apply enema for 15 minutes.
5. Repeat steps 2-3-4 every 3 hours for 6 days fasting only on water and prayers to the Most High; sustained prayer defeats death during this time.
6. Rest 21 days and repeat the cycle equivalent to your silver thread's measurement [(age / 7) + 1].
7. Follow the diet prescribed by The Order.
THE ORDER'S DIET
1. Do not eat the food of daemons which is death [meat].
2. Eat only fruit, seeds, vegetables, [grain and grasses of the field] which the angels of poverty have sewn for you in season.
3. Do not eat more than twice in a day.
4. Eat only when the angel of hunger compels.
5. Do not mix many species of food for a meal lest it become a den of troubles; never eat to a pang.
6. Eat to fulfillment through slow and thoughtful consumption.
7. Do not use the fire of daemons which burns [fire].
8. Prepare with the fire of angels which heals [sun].
9. Do not eat or drink that which is too cold or hot.
0. Let the angel of water cleanse both the inner [enema] and outer [shower/bath] cup daily.
EXTRA NOTES
a. Without enemas and prayer, user will die.
b. Continue enemas until the waters run clear.
c. Eating before the 7th day resurrects the satans.
d. Eat a mina a day [18oz/500g] but no more than 2 mina [36oz/1kg].
e. Eat less by a 1/3, thus never eat to complete fullness.
f. Don't eat more than 3 species of food in a meal.
g. Do not cook food by fire, only by the sun. Eat nothing which a fire hotter than the fire of life [blood] has given savor.
h. Eat when the sun rises and when it sets only.
i. Breathe long and deeply at each meal.
j. Eat until solids become like water, so the water may become pure blood.
k. Never eat with sorrow, jealousy, anger or the like lest it become a poison.
l. Fast every 7th day and keep it holy [from prior's nightfall to next's sun rise].
m. Milk from the beasts with split hooves & honey of bees can be consumed after all cleanses are done.
o. Follow the Earthly Mother's commandments given for 1 year and the Heavenly Father's angels will commune the hidden secrets in sleep.
p. Follow the Heavenly Father's commandments for 7 years and not only will the eyes, ears and body become full of suppleness but the gift of directing the Earthly Angels will be given. Any who use these to obtain earthly possessions or to hold sway over their enemies shall be cast to the satans instantly.
q. Life as long as Methuselah awaits the Sons of Men who follow these things.
r. Give praise to the Heavenly Father and His angels who blot out 1 year of sins from the body for each day of fasting.
FOOD CALENDAR
#1 NISSAN (March to April): Leafy Vegetables
#2 IYAR (April to May): Barley
#3 SIVAN (May to June): Wheat
#4 TAMMUZ (June to July): Sour Grape [to diminish the body so that satan may depart from it]
#5 AV (July to August): Figs rich in juice and what remain, let the angel of sun keep; eat them with the meat of almonds in all the months when the trees bear no fruits
#6 ELUL (August to September): Grape Juice
#7 TISHREI (September to October): Dried Figs and Almonds
#8 CHESHVAN (October to November): Dried Grapes and Almonds
#9 KISLEV (November to December): Dried Figs and Almonds
#10 TEVET (December to January): Milk of Beasts and Herbs which come after rain [that the blood may be cleansed of all sins]
#11 SHEVAT (January to February): Figs rich in juice
#12 ADAR (February to March): Dried Figs and Almonds
#13 ADAR BET (March): Leafy Vegetables
Eat all things in their season as has been given since the beginning. Let your daily bread be made of wheat. Eat not unclean foods brought from far countries, but that which your trees bear. The Father gives to all peoples of all kingdoms food that which is best for each.
