The Mortgage Is Due on XX/XXXX - Can Putting A Home In The Trust Stop A Foreclosure

No, one cannot place the home in a trust while the home is under a foreclosure proceeding. This would be considered a fraudulent conveyance. It is suggested one hire an attorney to slow the proceedings (ask the lender/bank/title company to "show me the note with a wet-ink signature"), then use Real Estate Secrets to stop the foreclosure process. It takes 90 days (outside reading it) to implement. It does not remove the mortgage, it stops the foreclosure from completing and thus being kicked out. One will still owe the money, but the payments (when redeeming all money in lawful money) will be extremely minimal.
