If foul language is used while speaking with any support agents, the student will be given (2) warnings, after the 3rd violation all 'lifetime support' will be suspended without the opportunity for refunds. This is considered a violation of our TOS under the 'OFFENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS' clause. Please be kind as we are here to help.
