What Are The 3 Steps / Phases to This Promissory Note Reconversion Process

PHASE 1 : RESEARCH (15 DAYS)
1) We verify and research a members documents. If it’s determined that the note is not securitized or placed into a mortgage backed security, then we stop the process.

PHASE 2: FILE (90 DAYS)
1) We will file assignments, claim-records, and other documents related to the recovery in relevant counties and venues. These recorded evidentiary files are then sent to associated entities giving notice of our intent to recover said value and time is allowed during this phase for their response, if any.
RESULT #1: Member will receive their actual CUSIP number report and fund manager location, securitized activities, and the total pool value. The total pool value of a bundled mortgage security represents many Notes, however, a members recovery only relates to the value associated with a members issued note.
RESULT #2: For those with an active mortgage, some members could expect a satisfaction letter from the servicer, that the mortgage is free and clear.

PHASE 3: RECOVER (120-180 DAYS)
1) We will initiate the recovery of all interest-value owed to the home owner/note issuer.
2) This phase focuses on researching the security intstrument-loan details and attempting to uncover the full value of the principle, identify where the CUSIP fund manager is located, and using
other items to call forth the full value that’s owed.
3) The satisfaction of a current mortgage is realized in Phases 1 and 2 (when applicable), and a members unclaimed value is received by H.E.R.A. and then processed for release to the member minus retainer.
