The objective of this program is to enable one to privatize all their vehicles (i.e. public vehicles into private conveyances), pre-defeat victimless traffic crimes (e.g. speeding, sign violation, and all other non-injurious violations), privatize one’s identification(s), and to self-insure with silver bonds that actually pay out in cases of accident.
