The judge would be the only person to ask this, as the Clerks of Court rarely care. If one is asked, they may simply state, "I have decided to take a vow of poverty as a person and have entrusted all my belongings to an irrevocable trust, as is my religious freedom to do so." This is the most honest answer and every judge has accepted it, but one must actually have a trust for this to be truthful. Some judges have asked additional questions, but only in the interest of how one lives in poverty. If asked further, simply state, "I move freely and without burdens in life. If I need something, I ask for it and usually receive it."
