What Is The Letter of Banking Authorization

The Letter of Banking Authorization gives a third-party the ability to perform a banking action on behalf of the trust, which can be limited or unlimited in it's latitude (e.g. just open a bank account one time OR transact with bank accounts as seen fit). Most trustees will not need this form unless they have not been given banking privileges by default within the trust indenture or by the passing of trust bylaws.
