What Papers / Documents Are Needed To Open The Bank Account

All one must typically take to the bank is the Trust Indenture and personal identification(s). If an agent, who is not a trustee, is opening a bank account on one's behalf, they will need the notarized Letter of Banking Authorization.

NOTE: They may only require the pages that show the 1) grantor 2) trustee(s) 3) beneficiary(ies) 4) governing laws and 5) any additional required parties like a successor trustee with a notarized Trustee Appointment. Other banks may require seeing the entire trust indenture, which is their right when offering bank account services.
