When To Sign "Without Recourse"

When signing a document "John Doe, Trustee Without Recourse" it denotes to the contractual party that the trustee is not liable, personally or as a trustee, but that the trust is liable for all fiduciary and legal liabilities a contract may create. The term "Without Recourse" is NOT used in a personal capacity most times as this signature could restrict the contract to such a degree that the other party refuses to do business.
