When Will The Hearing Be Recorded

The recording by stenographer or pre-set A/V court recording will occur at trial. All the motions, replies and discovery come after the hearing where a judge asks for a pleading. The plea has to be entered, but we give the judge an "unsigned guilty plea" and saying “it can be signed after asking some questions” and then the pre-written questions for the judge can be asked at this point. It will result in the judge entering a not-guilty plea in anger and without one’s consent.
