No​, it will not be charged without one's consent over the phone, and only after all questions have been answered. The credit card is required to weed out those who call to simply ask for opinions and get free consultations. We do nothing with the card and we speak on this in all of our workshops. Further, it would be fruitless to charge a card without consent when anyone can request a chargeback and thus risk our payment processor.
