Obtaining Support After A Chargeback Dispute

Per our Terms Of Service (Section 29) we will deny support to anyone who has placed a dispute, whether they lost or won. This is because hundreds of dollars are lost in a dispute process and to recoup these losses we deny support to any disputee. To recontinue support after a dispute, pay $200 / year for all product support.
