When looking at the address for a creditor or debtor in a judgment, it may show a ℅ (care of) after their name. The first name is most likely the attorney, the second name being the creditor or debtor. When this is seen, always attempt to find an address, phone number, and email for contact purposes as their attorney will not discuss the case without direct permission from their client. If a collection attorney has the judgment, they often will not sell even if they do not know how to collect on it.
